* 50 % Non Refundable Deposit is due to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
* Cash, Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier Check accepted.
* Leave no trace. We ask that whatever you pack in that you please pack out. Please leave the accommodations the way you found them.
* Fires are not permitted except at our fire ring. Fire wood is provided.
* No candles or open flames allowed in yurt, bath house or granary.
* Smoking is not permitted in the yurt, bathhouse, kitchen, or granary.
* Pets are allowed in some areas. Please call or email for more information concerning our pet policy.
* Since this is a working organic farm, we do require that everyone sign a liability form.
* Rates are subject to change on this site without notice.
* Violation of any of our policies, we will ask you to leave the premises and there will be no refund of monies.
* Please note that our rental facility is located on an organic farm. Please read signs carefully as not to walk or drive in certain hay fields.
* We do make every effort to make your stay here comfortable and peaceful. Please note that this is in a natural setting with compost toilets, solar showers and we are off grid.
